At Red Robin we strive to ensure that we are always providing a safe, secure, open and ethical workplace. The Red Robin Ethics Helpline provides an online platform for Team Members to confidentially voice their views and to report any issues or concerns they may have at Red Robin and provides the company a formal mechanism for follow-up and response. You can access the Red Robin Ethics Helpline while at work or from home or other locations depending on your preference. For those who prefer to provide their comments by phone a toll-free number will also be provided and to ensure confidentiality, this number will be managed by an external service provider.
